International Law Subject by Decleration since 7th October 2013

Structure of the Sovereign Dynasty of Babenberg as an International Law Subject

The existing internal Structures of the Babenberg Dynasty are brought into State legal situation such as Organizations partly by constitution of other parts through restructuring. In this respect, the internal structure is structured by means of common Infrastructure for administrative manageability as well as economic maintenance.

The Head of State has at his disposal a 19-Member advisory body through CROMIT, which in turn is staffed by Persons from the overall State structure according to clear regulations. Areas for internal and external diplomatic Representation, such as one of a maximum of 7 Persons for Ministries, including the Chancellor, Government acting in accordance with the Carls Council Parliament, result in the functioning of the Legislature. The powers of separate Areas of the Judiciary and the Executive act in direct connection with the Constitution as well as the determining Laws. A controlling Area as a State-based audit Organization represents the internal and external Institutions that act as Security.

Faulty internal Structures of International Law-relevant bases, including International Organizations, were used to develop a basis of the Sovereign Dynasty of Babenberg, which is necessary on a generally adapted situation. This in turn makes it possible to standardize an economic and excellent, structured infrastructure and administration for an International Law with humanistic, economic, theological and cultural and sociological Fields.

With the conclusion of the Constitution to the Carls Council Parliament in September 2025, all Institutions and Organizations will take up their Areas and Tasks and carry out their tasks, unless they have already been previously installed in their Function by decree. Thus, the entire period from the Declaration, 7th October 2013 to September 2025, will be dedicated to the Development and Expansion of all relevant structures through absolute standardization through the best possible Cooperation.

In the medium term and long term, these Standards will serve the well-being of Society and also the comparable view and demonstration to enable all International Law and People.
